ORDER

FREEDMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs have brought this class action, seeking injunctive..and declaratory relief, to redress injuries allegedly suffered by themselves and members of their class as a result of the alleged racially discriminatory hiring practices used by the defendants’ state agencies in the City of Boston. The claim arises under the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983. Consequently, this Court has ju risdiction over the action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1343(3)(4).
