The respondents in this action are the owners of a two-story and basement building at 519 Mission Street in San Francisco. On March 12, 1948, they executed a lease of the entire second floor of the building to the appellant for a term of seven years for the purpose of operating on the premises blueprinting, photo copying and kindred lines of business.
