Ferguson, Judge:

The accused was convicted of two specifications each of possession and sale of marihuana, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. His sentence, as approved by the Court of Military Review, extends to a bad-conduct discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for eighteen months.
