MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER TRANSFERRING VENUE
GENE CARTER, District Judge.
This is a class action with the three named Plaintiffs, all residents of Maine. The class, as asserted by Plaintiffs, will include “residents of every state in the country.” Motion .for Certification of Class (Docket No. 2) at 3.
