EVERETT, Chief Judge:

A military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial at Bergstrom Air Force Base, Texas, tried appellant on two charges alleging drug offenses, in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 912a. Reichenbaeh pleaded guilty to the original Charge, which alleged wrongful use of marijuana, cocaine, and lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), and wrongful distribution of cocaine.
