OPINION OF THE COURT

EVERETT, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial with members tried Major Sadler at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, for carnal knowledge and three specifications alleging service-discrediting conduct, in violation of Articles 120 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 920 and 934, respectively. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty as charged and sentenced to dismissal, confinement for 2 years, and total forfeitures.
