The petitioner, DTR Industries, Inc., seeks review of an order of the respondent, National Labor Relations Board, vacating the results of an election in which a majority of the petitioner’s employees voted against representation by the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, UAW.
