Respondents herein have moved to dismiss the appeal.

Appellants began an action in the Sonoma County Superior Court wherein they sought to enjoin the issuance and sale of the bonds of Sonoma County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, respondent herein. By the second count of their complaint plaintiffs also sought declaratory relief. The trial court sustained a general demurrer, without leave to amend, and entered judgment that appellants take nothing. From that judgment they appeal.
