THE COURT.

The plaintiff commenced an action against the defendants to obtain an injunction regarding the making of unlawful contracts and the unlawful expenditure of the proceeds of certain county bonds. The defendants appeared and filed a general demurrer. The demurrer was sustained. The plaintiff declined to amend and judgment was entered in favor of the defendants for their costs. The plaintiff has appealed from the judgment.
