Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of defendant city of Beverly Hills, entered after sustaining of general demurrer to her amended complaint without leave to amend. The action was brought to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by a defective and dangerous condition in a public street (Gov. Code, §§ 53050-53053.
