Before the court is a Motion By Defendants For Summary Judgment (doc. 62). Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P.56(c), D.K. Rule 56.1, and Ifh of the Revised Scheduling Order entered January 21, 1997; defendants seek an order granting them summary judgment on each claim of plaintiff.
