Robert Heslop brings suit against UCB, Inc. (“UCB”) and UCB Films, Inc. (“UCB Films”) for breach of contract (Count I), breach of implied contract (Count II), promissory estoppel (Count III), fraudulent misrepresentation (Count IV) and negligent misrepresentation (Count V).
