HILL, Circuit Judge.

The National Labor Relations Board petitions this court, pursuant to section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., for enforcement of its order 1 finding that Automotive Controls Corporation violated sections 8(a) (1), (3) and (4) of the Act. The Board found that the company violated section 8(a) (1) by coercively interrogating employees, by creating an impression of surveillance over their union activities, and by threatening the employees with reprisals, i. e., movement of the plant, should the union 2 win a forthcoming…
