The National Labor Relations Board (Board) seeks enforcement of its order 1 against Montgomery Ward and Co., Incorporated (Wards), requiring Wards to cease and desist from unfair labor practices and directing Wards to bargain with the International Union of Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers, AFL-CIO-CLC (Union).
