Appellant was charged, by indictment, with one count of attempted first degree sexual abuse, 1 two counts of enticing a child, 2 one count of second degree child sexual abuse, 3 and four counts of first degree child sexual abuse. 4 After a jury trial on all counts, appellant was convicted of two counts of the latter offense.
