EAGLES, Judge.

Defendant appeals from the trial court’s judgment granting plaintiff’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and directed verdict. Plaintiff cross appeals the trial court’s order granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment on plaintiff’s unfair and deceptive practices claim. After careful review of the record and briefs, we reverse the trial court’s judgment granting plaintiff’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict on the issue of plaintiff’s contributory negligence and remand to the trial court to enter judgment in accordance with the jury’s verdict.…
