Error to Calhoun; Hopkins, J. Assumpsit by J. Lyman Reade, George R. Cowles, and Charles W. Robinson, copartners as J. L. Reade & Company, against Harry K. Haak for commissions on the sale of certain real and personal property. There was judgment for plaintiffs, and defendant brings error.

Plaintiffs brought this action to recover a commission fee alleged to be due them as brokers upon the sale of certain real estate and personal property comprising the lumberyard and contents of defendant. The declaration alleges that:
