KAUGER, Justice.

The complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association (Bar Association), alleges that the respondent, Paul J. Kessler (Kessler) commingled client funds and used the money for purposes other than those authorized by the client. The Bar Association also alleges that Kessler misrepresented to the trial court in a writ of assistance proceeding that the money had been used for its intended purpose.
