| lAppellant Shannon Rooke appeals the decision of the Yell County Circuit Court enforcing a restrictive covenant contained in the deed conveying property to her executed by appellees, Robert and Connie Spickelmier. For reversal, appellant argues that the trial court erred by refusing to remove the restrictive covenant where no general plan or scheme of development existed. We affirm the trial court’s decision.
