In this action, the appellants, E.J. and Billie McGuire, challenge the trial court’s ruling that restrictive covenants limiting the use of property in the Vista Hills and Loch Lomond Additions of Van Burén, Arkansas, to single-family residences are applicable to the McGuires’ property, Tract 7, and question the trial court’s refusal to issue an order enjoining the appellees, who are property owners in the Vista Hills Addition and the adjoining Loch Lomond Addition, from interfering with the sale of the property.
