Moore v. Adams

Mrs. Wahneetah Clark Ingalls acquired title in 1926 to a tract of land adjoining, but outside of the limits of the City of Fayetteville which she subdivided into four blocks with intervening streets. Three of these blocks contained 20 lots each; the fourth block contained 11 lots, making a total of 71 lots. She filed a dedicatory plat of the survey showing the location of the lots with reference to the streets, but she filed no bill of assurance reserving the lots for any particular or special use or purpose.- There was testimony to the effect that the property was well adapted to residential…
