The record shows that the order appealed from was made on June 7th, 1906. A notice of appeal was filed with Judge Shumway on June 18th, who on September 27th filed his finding with the clerk of the Superior Court for New Haven county, and on October 18th allowed the appeal.
By General Statutes, § 807, “ when the jurisdiction of any matter or proceeding is or shall be vested in a judge of the Superior Court,” any party to such a proceeding who feels aggrieved by any decision or ruling “ upon any questions of law arising therein” may appeal from the final judgment “ in the manner hereinbefore…
