OPINION

NOVALYN L. WINFIELD, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court in connection with the Trustee’s request for entry of a default judgment against the debtor, revoking his discharge under 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(d)(1) 1 , and (d)(2). As set forth at greater length below, the Trustee’s request to revoke the debtor’s discharge is denied.

The Court has jurisdiction to review and determine this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157(a), and the Standing Order of Reference issued by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on July 23, 1874. This adversary…
