I. INTRODUCTION

Appellants CTL/Thompson Texas, LLC; Michael L. Lester, P.E.; Che-Hung Tsai, Ph.D., P.E.; and Srikanth Dinakaran, P.E. (collectively, “CTL”) perfected this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s denial of them motions to dismiss the claims of Appellees Morrison Homes and Sheffield Development Company, Inc. for Appellees’ alleged failure to file certificates of merit as required by chapter 150 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
