This is a motion by the plaintiff, a newsdealer, for an injunction pendente lite restraining the defendants, who are publishers and distributors of certain New York newspapers, from refusing to deliver to the plaintiff the respective newspapers published by the defendants above named (other than the defendant Star Company), except upon the condition that the plaintiff shall handle and retail all the newspapers published by all the defendant publishers without discrimination, including the newspapers published by the defendant Star Company, i. e., the New York American and the Evening Journal.…
