This is an injunction proceeding brought by plaintiffs to restrain defendants from violating certain building restrictions in a subdivision known as Yoight Park in the city of Detroit. The record shows that this subdivision is a highly restricted district, the restrictions confining the use of the premises involved, and all of the others in the subdivision, to single dwelling houses to be occupied entirely for dwelling purposes.
