SWANSTROM, Judge.
The State of Oregon sought to extradite Clark Kerr from Idaho on a charge of interfering with his former wife’s custodial rights to their minor child. Kerr obtained a writ of habeas corpus in Kootenai County, Idaho, to challenge the validity of the extradition proceedings. After a hearing the district court refused to halt Kerr’s extradition to Oregon, and quashed the writ. Kerr appealed.
