Appeal by defendants from a judgment after verdict in an action for damages resulting from an automobile collision. Plaintiffs are the heirs at law of Homer C. Parrett, deceased, whose death resulted from a collision between an automobile operated by Warren A. Rix and owned by Lenore Y. Rix, and an automobile owned by defendant M. A. Newmark & Co. and being operated by defendant Archibald D. Carothers, with the consent and as the employee of defendant M. A. Newmark & Co., and within the scope of his employment.
