This litigation for legal malpractice arose after plaintiffs, subcontractors for the construction of a government-sponsored housing project, lost their right to receive from the Army Corps of En gineers additional payments for work done on the project. Plaintiffs allege that the defendants, the prime contractor on the project and plaintiffs’ attorneys, were responsible for processing plaintiffs’ claim against the Army, and, essentially, that defendants did nothing, let alone timely, to process plaintiffs’ claim.
