The Jackson Broadcasting & Television Corporation filed a bill of complaint in the circuit court for the county of Jackson on October 24, 1958, against the State board of agriculture, seeking an injunction enjoining and restraining the defendant from issuing a letter of intent to execute a contract or from making a contract for the erection of a television broadcasting station and from disbursing any public funds for that purpose.
