On the 11th day of August, 1891, the defendant in error, as plaintiff, filed his complaint in the district court for Logan county to recover damages for pex-sonal injuries x-eceived by him at Guthrie, Oklahoma, while riding fx-onx Purcell, Ixxdian Territory, to Guthrie, ixx a box car ixi one of defendant’s freight trains.
