This was an action by George C. Sutherland, against the appellant, Stanley, to recover a stock of goods or the value thereof, a schedule of which was set out, alleged to belong to the plaintiff and to have been in his possession, and to have been wrongfully and unlawfully taken from the plaintiff, by the defendant, and *342converted to Ms own use. Issue, trial by jury, verdict and judgment for the plaintiff'.
