This is an action to foreclose a mechanic's lien in connection with the sale, delivery and installation of a modular home on real property owned by the defendants. The defendants filed a cross-complaint alleging breach of contract and violations of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq., and the manufacturer's modular home warranty statute, General Statutes § 21-86.
