Defendant, Virgil Shacklett (Shacklett), appeals his conviction for conspiring to manufacture and possess amphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, to which he had pleaded guilty, on grounds that the district court failed to comply with Fed.R.Crim.P. 11. Shacklett also appeals the district court’s finding that the government knew, before entering into the plea agreement, that sixty-six pounds of amphetamine were attributable to Shacklett.
