Jose Fernandez appeals from a sentence entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Cos-tantino, Judge), following a judgment of conviction on appellant’s plea of guilty to one count of importing more than 500 grams of cocaine. 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a), 960(a)(1), 960(b)(2)(B)(ii); 18 U.S.C. § 2. On appeal, Fernandez raises a number of challenges to the district court’s interpretation and application of the Sentencing Guidelines.
