Bowers separately appeal their convictions and sentencing for possession and distribution of cocaine base (crack) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), (b)(1)(B) and (b)(1)(C) (1988), distribution of crack on university property in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 845a(a) (1988) and conspiracy to distribute crack in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1988).
