Appellants, Michael Kostryckyj and Chrystyna Rakoczy (“Husband” and “Wife”), appeal from the order entered in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, marking this case settled, discontinued, and ended. The order made final the court’s previous summary judgment in favor of Appellee, Hubert C.
