¶ 1 Appellant, James P. Arnold, appeals from the judgment entered in the Susquehanna County Court of Common Pleas in favor of Appellees, David L. Hart and Ann B. Hart, in his action for breach of contract and related claims. Appellant asks us to determine whether the trial court erred when it denied him any relief on his breach of contract claim on the ground of mutual mistake of fact, and when it dismissed his claims for fraud, punitive damages, and counsel fees.
