Plaintiffs Stanley R. Sadler, Jr. (“Sadler”), James Cisar (“Cisar”), Sadler-Cisar, Inc. (“SCI”) and Medi-Dot, Inc. (“MDI”) have brought suit against Thomas Smith (“Smith”), Elisabeth Haley (“Haley”), and Commercial Sales Network, Inc. (“CSN”) for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and conversion, as well as for infringement of the patent, copyright, trademark and trade dress of their product.
