OPINION

CARPENETI, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

Gay Dawn Tamplin died in October 1998 leaving a will executed in May 1998 and a revocable inter vivos trust created in 1998. The 1998 trust was funded solely by her condominium and the 1998 will purported to leave the condominium to her .partner, Larry Daly. The superior court held that the will did not revoke the trust or withdraw the condominium from the trust and that the condominium was transferred to Gay Dawn's daughter, Gayleen, on Gay Dawn's death under the terms of the trust.
