Certiorari to review an award of the Industrial Commission of Utah.
Dan Vukovich, an employee of the plaintiff mining company, was injured in the course of his employment for said company on March 13, 1924. The plaintiff Continental Casualty Company carried the insurance and assumed liability for payment of compensation at the rate of $16 per week during the period of temporary disability. On June 9, 1925, Vukovich, through his attorney, made application for compensation.
