Defendant was tried upon an indictment charging manslaughter in the second degree. A verdict of guilty as charged was rendered. He appeals from the order denying his motion for a new trial.
Shortly before 8 o’clock in the evening of September 10, 1921, defendant drove an automobile at great speed against Mads Hansen, who was walking, inflicting injuries from which death almost immediately resulted.
