Plaintiff State Farm Fire & Casualty Co., as subrogee of Rocky and Suzanne Mountain, appeals from the disqualification of its primary expert witness following a pretrial hearing held pursuant to the teachings of Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharms., Inc., 509 U.S. 579, 113 S.Ct. 2786, 125 L.Ed.2d 469 (1993), and a subsequent entry of summary judgment in favor of Defendants Holmes Products and J.C. Penney Co., Inc.
