OPINION OF THE COURT

NYGAARD, Circuit Judge.

Kenneth C. Antol sued the Defense Logistics Agency of the Department of Defense, alleging gender discrimination under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16(a), disability discrimination under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 791, and a violation of the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRA), 38 U.S.C. § 4214. Both parties moved for summary judgment; the district court granted the Agency’s motion on all claims. We conclude that the district court properly granted summary judgment for the Agency on Antol’s gender discrimination…
