In an action by plaintiff appellee, Hattie ITowlett, as mother of Dorothy M. Lawler, deceased, brought under the Liquor Control Act, known as the Dram ShopXct, a judgment was entered against Lena Doglio for $3,000/ and a judgment was entered against Irene Giacopazzi for $3>000. Bach judgment was based on a separate verdict as to each defendant. The defendants appellants, Lena Doglio and Irene Giacopazzi, bring this appeal.
