Robert Eager, doing business as Eastman Hotel, individually, and for the use of Auto-Owners (Mutual) Insurance Company, filed his two-count complaint against the defendants, who are operators of certain taverns, to recover damages he alleged he sustained as a result of the death of his employee, James J. Dillon.
