Plaintiff, Henry Gardunio (“Gardunio”), filed a six-count complaint [1] on February 23, 2009 alleging various violations of state and federal law by Defendants the Town of Cicero, Cicero president Larry Dominick, and four Cicero police officers — Thomas Boyle, Rolando Hernandez, Herman Davilla and James Klosak (collectively the “Defendant Officers”).
