Before the court is the plaintiffs’ motion for class certification [# 197-1], For the reasons stated below, the motion is denied.
I. Background
The court assumes familiarity with the factual background of this case. Briefly, plaintiffs Vulcan Golf, LLC, John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc.
