DAVISON, Justice.
This appeal was taken from a judgment rendered upon the trial of three cases which had theretofore been consolidated. In the first one, the plaintiffs, Carl O. Hed-rick and Corine May Hedrick, sought to enjoin the defendants, J. A. Padon, Don M. Mattocks and A. J. Murphy as Trustees of Warren Employee Pension Trust, from blocking or obstructing a part of a certain alley in the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
