Reuter Organ Company, a Kansas corporation, as vendor, under date March 14, 1929, entered into a contract of conditional sale with First Methodist Episcopal Church, of Kelso, a Washington corporation, as vendee, whereby it agreed to build and install in the church edifice owned by the vendee, for the sum of $6,750, a pipe organ, according to agreed specifications. The contract was in writing, signed by the vendor and by “C. D. Rarey, Pastor & Manager,” on behalf of the vendee.
